Q: Is there a limit to the number of cards I can send during my membership?
A: No, you can send as many as you like at no extra cost.
Q: How quickly will the charity get my donation?
A: We pass the money to the charity once a quarter. Generally they will receive it within a couple of months, this is to account for the transaction time taken by the Credit card Merchant.
Q: What does the fee you take get used for?
A: This covers transaction costs from Worldpay and our development and administration costs and tax.
Q: Are you a registered Charity?
A: No, we cannot become a registered charity as we do not support a particular cause.
Q: Are you affliated to the charities on your site?
A: No, we are independant, the synopsis of the charities are provided to aid your selection.
Q: I sent a charitecard and it was not recieved?
A: Click on "History" and select the card and confirm the email address is correct before contacting Charitecards.
Q: What do you do with my name and address?
A: We only use your details to support your gift aid statement and to provide details to the Worldpay secure server to help complete your credit card details.
Q: What do I do if I still have a problem?
A: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind we are a voluntarily run fundraising organisation.
Q: Does Charitecards work with IPads and other tablets or mobile phones?
A: The rapid development of mobile technology makes it difficult to ensure all platforms are supported, there are some known limitations in relation to platforms that do not support flash and some Java functions.
