A: No, you can send as many as you like at no extra cost.
Q: How quickly will the charity get my donation?
A: We pass the money to the charity at the end of the month that we receive it from Worldpay.

A: This covers transaction costs from Worldpay and our development and administration costs and tax.
Q: Are you a registered Charity?
A: No, we cannot become a registered charity as we do not support a particular cause.
Q: Are you affliated to the charities on your site?
A: No, we are independant, the synopsis of the charities are provided to aid your selection.
Q: I sent a charitecard and it was not recieved?
A: Click on "History" and select the card and confirm the email address is correct before contacting Charitecards.
Q: What do you do with my name and address?
A: We only use your details to support your gift aid statement and to provide details to the Worldpay secure server to help complete your credit card details. |
