Is there a limit to the number of cards I can send during my membership?
A: No, you can send as many as you like at no extra cost

How quickly will the charity get my donation?
A: We pass the money at the end of the month that we
receive it from Worldpay

Why do you take £2.20?
A: This covers the transaction costs from Worldpay and
our development and administration costs and tax

Are you a registered Charity?
A:
No, we cannot become a registered charity as we do not support a particular
cause

Are you affiliated to the charities on your site?
A:
No, we are independant, the synopsis of the charities are provided to
aid your selection.
Q:
I sent a card and it wasn't received?
A:
Click on "History" and select the card and confirm the email
address is correct before contacting charitecards.
Q:
What do you do with my name and address?
A:
We only use your details to support your gift aid statement and to provide
details to the WorldPay secure server to help complete your credit card
details.
